Very Cool Mazda Hot Hatch! Zoom Zoom Indeed! - CarAdvice

If you're a reader (one of the few, at this point..) of my FstCrs blog... you have probably guessed that I'm a big fan of Hot Hatches! I've seen Mazda 2's out and about, but I'm not sure I've ever seen the GT version in the wild.

Kia Stinger GT - Surprise First Look by the Guys at The Straight Pipes!

Just caught this story on Jalopnik this morning... and man did the guys at The Straight Pipes YouTube channel get lucky! They were interviewing Kia Canada's president, and asked if they could see any pre-production models...  Turns out - YES!

After checking out TSP's YouTube channel, I also came across a driving review video of the Stinger GT from Wheels Australia!

Sweet Hot Hatch Goodness - Next-generation Ford Fiesta ST AUTOWEEK

I saw a 4-door black Fiesta ST at the local Mid-Ohio Valley Cars & Coffee meet-up a couple weeks back, and I have to say - if I was in the market for a cool hot hatch, I'd have to consider the Fiesta ST, perhaps even against its sibling the Focus ST.

The styling, interior, not to mention the 3-cylinder (a Ford first) 1.5L EcoBoost engine producing 197hp... I'm hoping that these European specs make it to our side of the pond!

What? Only 2 Liters?? AutoWeek.. Jaguar F-Type 2.0 review

Jaguar F-Type 2-liter - AutoWeek

It may not have the svelte lines of the E-Type of old, but this new Jaguar F-Type is definitely easy on the eyes! Plus... reading this review I'm blown away by the fact that this model is powered by a turbocharged 2-liter 4-cylinder that has some amazing technology built-in - check out the review for all the engine-y details!

In this space - high-end luxury sport coupes - the cars sometimes tend to blend together, style-wise, making it difficult to tell them apart, from distance. But the F-Type has some really nice styling cues that make it distinctly Jaguar. And it looks damned good moving - or at rest!
